Back in the same bed: the quiet wristband couples are using for snoring

A couple sleeping in the same bed; he wears the wristband

For a lot of couples, snoring ends the same way: one of you grabs a pillow and heads for the couch. Earplugs, nose strips and new pillows help a little, then the noise is back.

What Sleep Connection is

Sleep Connection is a wristband the person who snores wears at night. It doesn't go in the mouth or the nose, and it doesn't make any noise.

How it works

  1. A sensor picks up snoring.
  2. It gives a mild pulse at the wrist that briefly rouses the wearer, prompting him or her to change position.
  3. It's silent. Only the wearer feels the pulse, so the partner can keep sleeping.

You can adjust the pulse strength. The seller recommends trying the settings before bed to find a comfortable level.
